DAY 1
We will collect you at 8am from your Cape Town city center location and drive 90 minutes out of town to begin your adventure. This hike requires a moderate level of fitness, as you'll be carrying a 10kg backpack with your clothes and food, which we provide. Enjoy 6-8 hours of walking each day on gradual terrain, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views. Enhance your journey with an optional microdose of San Pedro, offering a high-definition nature experience. Discover a hidden waterfall deep in the mountains as we take a cold plunge in these waters after a guided wim hof breath work session. Wen sleep in a mystical location overlooking this serene natural wonder. Join us for a beautiful, full-day hike along the river in the stunning Groot Winterhoek and spend the night around the fire sleeping in a hidden cave.

Day 2 of your overnight hiking experience in the Groot Winterhoek mountains begins with a scenic return along the river.
